• MC/MX# or DOT#: Provide your MC/MX# or DOT# to start registration. Intrastate carriers without a DOT# can submit their state registration number.
• Contact Information: Share your company’s primary contact details.
• W9: Submit an electronic W9.
• Carrier Profile: Fill out our detailed Carrier Profile form.
• Agreement: Carefully read and accept the provided Agreement(s).
• Insurance Coverage: Insure a minimum of $100,000 for cargo, a minimum of $1,000,000 for auto and maintain Workers Compensation coverage in accordance with state laws.
• Compliance: Maintain a safety rating of either “satisfactory” or “none” and hold an “active” common or contract authority status.
