Please be advised, Supra National Express, Inc has implemented an empty container return yard stop-off fee for all containers that cannot return due to the following reasons with backup:

  • No appointment availability
  •  Driver hour restriction
  •  Dual transaction restrictions
  •  And any other conditions imposed by the terminal and/or Steamship Line.

Supra will not be held liable for any Per Diem charges that may incur.

DRIVER DOWNTIME ON ROAD-SERVICE CALLS

Dear Valued Supra Customers,

With chassis availability being limited, Supra is utilizing whatever units pass the base safety tests. The pool chassis companies do allow for repairs but not driver downtime.
Supra has had frequent chassis issues with pool chassis, and although the pool companies manage the roadside assistance, they do not account for driver downtime

Effective immediately, standard waiting time will apply for drivers that are waiting for Roadside assistance.

Please be advised, effective September 8th, 2021, Supra National Express, Inc will amend Customer Wait Time to one (1) hour free.

We foresee port congestion, lack of chassis equipment, and port driver shortage as ongoing issues for the remainder of the year.
Supra will continue to apply a port congestion fee of $150 that will apply to each order.

FUEL SURCHARGE INCREASE 2021

Supra National Express, Inc. has closely monitored California’s diesel fuel prices throughout 2021 and has assessed a 10% increase from January 2021 to today’s date.

Beginning June 26th, 2021, our new fuel surcharge (FSC), at 35%, will apply to each load managed by Supra. FSC will remain in effect for the remainder of 2021.

Our fuel surcharge policy is based on the California diesel fuel prices published by the U.S. Department of Energy: https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/

CHASSIS FEE INCREASE – 2021

Dear Valued Supra Customers,

At the start of 2021, the Pacific Maritime Association (“PMA”) implemented a supplemental cargo dues assessment to cover costs incurred to perform enhanced cleaning protocols and procedures necessary to maintain West Coast terminal operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, all chassis providers have issued a rate adjustment for all new cycles beginning on or after March 1, 2021, in the West Coast Markets.

We are now notifying our customers and providing a 30-day adjustment period to instill this cost into our chassis pricing. Please be advised that effective April 1, 2021, Supra will increase the chassis fee by two ($2) dollars.
